Session 1: Understanding What’s Happening Beneath the Surface – Why anxiety shows up and how to notice your patterns.

Session 2: Working With the Mind, Not Against It – Question fearful thoughts and practice kinder self-talk.

Session 3: Facing, Not Avoiding, With Support – Build a gentle step-ladder to face fears at your pace.

Session 4: Shifting Attention & Testing Assumptions – Move focus outward and test judgments.

Session 5: Growing New Beliefs & Sustaining Change – Reshape self-beliefs and create a roadmap for growth.
