Emotional Fitness Leadership Program for Managers/Leaders

This program is designed to empower leaders to build a mentally resilient workforce, fostering both emotional fitness and compassionate leadership.

68% of middle managers reported feeling burnt out in 2023 due to the mounting pressures of hybrid work, economic uncertainty, and talent shortages (Gallup, 2023). Moreover, unaddressed mental health issues in leadership roles cost businesses over $1.3 trillion annually in productivity losses as of 2023 (World Health Organization). This shows how critical it is for managers to be equipped to handle their own and their team’s emotional wellbeing.

NIYA’s Emotional Fitness Leadership  Program for manager’s is based on NIYA;s Emotional Fitness Model , our unique proprietary model developed by a team of Psychotherapist, emotional wellbeing Coaches and Psychology Researchers. The model is based on nine key pillars of mental fitness and evidently our ability to thrive. The emotional fitness model is designed to support practical skill-building for people of all ages. 

 

Program Structure

  • Investment: 5 hours per week over 3 months
  • Start Dates:
    • First Program: November 4, 2024
    • Second Program: November 26, 2024
  • Fee: ₹10,000/- per month per person for Indian companies
  • The Program is a combination of emotional and physical strengthening and conditioning group sessions , 1:1 sessions with counsellors, diet consultant and yoga sessions

We will build skills to prioritize what we do each day, rest smarter and get better sleep, not simply more of it.
