Launch and On- boarding

Announce the organization’s plan to extend
employees access to the app. Kick off with a
workshop/webinar on building emotional wellbeing
and use follow up communication to drive adoption.

Assessment

 

The employee will take a clinically-validated self -
assessment and will answer few additional
questions to make us learn more about their unique
needs.

Personalized plan

Based on your responses, we'll put together a personalized plan to help you achieve your goals and build healthy mental routines

 

Step 4
Get connected to care

After completing the assessment, the employee will
receive a personalised wellbeing report and we’ll
recommend a personalized plan, a combination of
self -care digital tools, 1:1 coaching,
counselling & therapy.
